Our recommendation for responding to these issues for SnapStream systems is to run any security-related Windows updates that are provided by Microsoft. Please note that Windows Update may interrupt recordings and require a reboot. 

Should a BIOS update related to this issue become available for the chips that are used in SnapStream hardware, this article will be updated.
