DESCRIPTION:SnapStream Web Player fails to play
The first thing to check when your having issues with the SnapStream Web Player is whether your using a compatible web browser.
Please make sure you are using one of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 8 or 9, Mozilla Firefox 3.5, 3.6, 4.0 or 5.0, Apple Safari 3 and/or Google Chrome.
Once you have done that, if you just installed the Web Player please shutdown the web browser completely(all windows and tabs) and then restart it.
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, also make sure you have some speakers/headphones plugged into the sound port on your computer. Windows Vista/7 sometimes will disable the sound card when it detects that nothing is plugged in, therefore the Web Player cannot find the audio component for playback.
In all version of Windows, hardware acceleration must be enabled on your video processor for the web player to work. Check your hardware acceleration settings according to the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/191660.
