Description: Transcodes of clips to H.264 intermittently fail with the message "The ShowSqueeze task hung." The original source may be an MPEG-2 transport stream or an H.264 transport stream. 

Resolution: This is a known issue with Intel QuickSync Video encoding on the 2-channel Express platform. We recommend installing version 4294 of the graphics driver for this platform, available at Intel's website. In SnapStream's internal testing, we found that this version of the driver experienced the lowest rate of failure (<1%) of all released driver versions.
