When working with SnapStream two troubleshoot certain issues, it may be necessary for you to generate a System Report, and send it to us for analysis.
To generate a system report:
- Click the Apple icon at the top left corner.
- Click "About This Mac"
- Click the System Report button
- When the System Information window appears, click File > Save, then save the document.
Please forward that document to SnapStream Support, and we'll add it to your ticket.
