Starting with the release of SnapStream version 9.2, library items will include a thumbnail image taken from the recording.

In the event that Library items do not have the necessary thumbnail (such as uploading a video to the library), or you wish to add them after upgrading your SnapStream to a newer version, here is the process to have the system generate them:

1. Download the necessary tool from this link Thumbnail Generator

2. Unzip the utility and navigate through the files until you find ThumbnailGenerator.exe

3. Run the EXE file

4. A command prompt will open and process the files needing images.  Upon successful completion, it will close the prompt on its own.

This should now populate the images for the files that were missing them.
