Issue or Problem:

In some circumstances, when performing a clipping task, one or more of these tasks may hang and not complete. In the Tasks page, you may see clip tasks at 44% complete and not progressing.

Cause:

This is a known issue that is addressed in a software fix.

Solution:

A fix is available for this issue in build 13130 of SnapStream version 9.3. Please schedule an upgrade of your system by going to www.snapstream.com/upgrade. If you prefer to upgrade your SnapStream yourself, please contact support to request the download location.
