As of December 7th at 9 am CST we will be using an industry-leading deliverability platform to deliver your clips, alerts, and notifications via email.
This will improve the stability, security, and accuracy of your notification from your SnapStream Appliance or Cloud Solution regardless of what version you are using.
There is no action needed on your part to make this change; however, we will note the changes below and how it might impact your organization:
- Do you whitelist our current IP address? If so you will need to update to the following: 220.127.116.11 (o1.ptr7702.snapstream.com).
- All mail will be delivered from email@example.com. Please adjust any email filters as necessary.
- The user experience will remain the same; you can still define the "From:" field so you know who the sender was.
