There is an issue in which the "Close Gaps" setting needs to be toggled to restart the Encoder.

To do this:

1. Highlight the affected Encoder in Probe Manager

2. In the "Encoder Settings" tab, expand "TS Source"

3. Toggle "Close Gaps" from "True" to "False" and start the encoder.

4. If the Encoder starts correctly, "Close Gaps" can be toggled back to "True"
