Issue:

This message is reported when trying to access Volicon Media-Hub Management within Volicon Probe Manager:

Cause:

This problem can occur if the DTAPI service is not started or not installed on the server.

Solution:

If the DTAPI service is installed but not started, follow these steps:

1. Check if the service is started.

2. If the service is not started, start the service.

3. After starting the DTAPI service, make sure the Probe Manager is closed and restart the Observer MediaHub #1 and #2 services.
