Problem:

When trying to start the Reckon Monitoring Service, the following message is generated:

"The Reckon Monitoring Service service on the local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs"

Solution:

1. Backup the sessions_monitor.xml file in c:\program files\reckon suite to another location

2. Rename the original sessions_monitor.xml to sessions_monitor.bak

3. Start the Reckon Monitoring Service
