Problem
The error, “Unable to connect to stream server,” is received when attempting to access channels in Observer.
Resolution
This error is usually occurs when accessing Observer via http://localhost and a public IP address has been assigned to the Volicon system. To resolve this problem, access Observer via the IP address of the Volicon system.
