Sometimes in the CS you may have a probe that looks fully integrated (green everywhere) but the streaming service can't get through even though port
4504 is open.
If the customer recently changed the IP addresses of the probes... It is possible the CS will not update the interface to reflect the lack of connectivity.
Ask the customer if IP addresses have been changed on the systems.
If so, get the correct IP address of the probes..
Delete the existing probe entries in the WEBGUI.
Then add them this time with the correct IP addresses.
