How Do You Clear the Web Browser's Cache/History?

Performing these steps can help resolve some issues with the web interface.
- Chrome: Please make sure you select "the beginning of time" before clicking on "Clear browsing data" and closed and restart the browser afterwards.
- Firefox : Please make sure you select "Everything" or "All Time" for the Time range to clear. If there is an Details/Advanced Option, please click on that and select all the options except Active Logins/Site Preferences. Close and restart the browser afterwards.
- Internet Explorer: When Deleting the Browser History, please make sure that "Preserve Favorites website data" is Unchecked. After you have deleted the browser history, click on Settings next to Delete and then View files to confirm the files were deleted.
