Issue or Problem:

Trying top open the LSA Storage Manager results in a page cannot be displayed or unable to connect error.

Cause:

This can be caused by updating the SnapStream Software on the system.

Solution:

Restart the two services below using services.msc.

• LSAService
• NginxService
