How do I create a clip with closed-captioning burned in?
Answer:
To clip with burned-in captions you would first need to navigate to Admin--> Transcoding and toggle on the Enable Caption Burn In option.
NOTE: You will need to have an Admin account to access this setting.
Now you should be able to clip with closed captioning burned in. Simply create your clipping points and select Clip and Transform. The option to toggle Caption Burn In for your clip will appear below the preview.
