How to Enable Burned in Captions

SnapStream offers the ability to display on screen captions (Burned In) in clips. In order to make this option available for your users, you first need to enable the Caption Burn In option. After the option has been enabled, user's will be presented with an option to Burn In captions while clipping.

Admin access is required in order to adjust system settings. Contact your SnapStream Administrator for additional assistance.

Navigate to Admin tab. Select Transcoding from the left hand pane. Scroll down the transcoding options to locate the Enable Caption Burn In option. Click the option to enable it. Click Saveto save your selection.
