SnapStream tasks or playback fails when files are located on my AWS S3 Bucket

Issue or Problem:

Tasks or playback fails when SnapStream recordings/clips files are located on my AWS S3 Bucket

Cause:

A CORS XML file is not found on your S3 bucket.

Solution:

You will need to add or create a CORS XML file with the get/put/post statement. You can read more about CORS XML here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/user-guide/add-cors-configuration.html

Additional Notes:

A CORS xml file has been attached to this document. You can use this file and attach it to a new S3 bucket for SnapStream to test playback and tasks
