Can multiple users simultaneously use SnapStream including watching recordings, watching live TV, search recordings, and clipping?
Answer:
Yes, both the SnapStream Cloud and Enterprise systems allow for an unlimited amount of users to be logged in. The SnapStream Pro system has a user limit of 10.
However, the amount of users that can watch live tv at one time is restricted to the number of free tuners on that system.
For example, if your system has 1 free tuner available and a user plans on watching a live broadcast of Channel 2. That free tuner will be assigned to playback the live broadcast of Channel 2. Other users are unable to view a live broadcast of a different channel until another free tuner is available or the user exits out of the live broadcast of Channel 2.
