I would like to figure out what shows will not record due to conflict. How can I do this?
Answer:
In order to record in SnapStream, you need an available Tuner. If there are more recording jobs set to record than available tuners at a given time slot, then recording conflicts occur. The SnapStream automatically resolves recording conflicts based on the priority of the recording job.
SnapStream can show you the recordings that will be skipped due to recording conflict. To see which recordings will be skipped:
- Navigate to the Schedule tab.
- In the left hand pane click Conflicted to display the list of recordings that will not record.
- Also on the left hand pane, you can find recording conflicts for Today, Tomorrow, or for a specific date in the future.
