There is now an easy way to obtain SnapStream logs.
- Login to the Web UI using an administrator account.
- Browse to Admin > Actions > Download Log
- Select the date of the log you would like to download, and click the Download button.
Note:
Logs more than 24 hours old will have been compressed in to a ZIP file.
Logs for today will be saved as a text file.
