The emails coming out of our SnapStream are being identified as a Spoofed Email Address

Issue or Problem:


The emails we receive from SnapStream are being flagged by our mail system. What can we do to prevent this?


Solution:


To resolve the issue with SnapStream emails being flagged, head over to Admin --> Settings --> Email and turn on the Global Email Overrides option.  Any alerts, warnings, etc that is being emailed to you will now use the Global Email you set.

To access this setting, you will need to have an Admin level account.
